This policy of replacement is an integral part of Public Agreement.
1. The Policy of flowers replacement
1.1. Due to the fact that some components of flower compositions (bouquets) are seasonal in nature and are not always available, these components can be replaced by other components that are most similar to them, which are in the same price category and are available in the store on the day delivery of the Order. Replacement of any of the seasonal components is made without agreement with the Client.
1.2. If there are no some flowers in the formation of a bouquet, we will replace their other flowers that are the most similar in color. In this case, the total number of colors that can be substituted in a composition (bouquet) can be changed. With such a replacement, the Company is guided by the cost of the colors that are being replaced. If an equivalent replacement is not possible - the replacement will occur in the "Client side".
1.3. When the company makes any changes in the floral composition, the highest aims is to preserve color for composition.
1.4. The compositions of flowers (bouquets, baskets and others) what containing several kinds of flowers and floral accessories (packaging, decoration and other), ornamental foliage, replaced without the consent of the customer.
1.5. The Company shall notify the customer about the change of flowers by e-mail, which he indicated in the order, in the compositions containing one type of flower, except for the days of mass demand for flowers (it's 13th-15th of February and 7th-9th of March). If in the near future, the Company hasn't received a response from the Customer, the replacement is carried out without the consent of the Client.
1.6. If the shop does not have the necessary greenery for the bouquet, it can be replaced with another type of greenery without the customer's consent, or the florist will create a bouquet without greenery, but it will increase the total number of flowers in the bouquet.
1.7. The company does not guarantee 100% of the identity of the delivered flower bouquet (composition) with the photo that you see on our website. We guarantee to you the maximum similarity of the delivered bouquet (composition) of flowers from the photo, which is presented on the site. Also we guarantee the maximum freshness of the flowers in the bouquet (composition).
2. The policy of replacement of other products
2.1. If at the time of preparing the order, the store lacks sweets that have been ordered by the Customer - they are replaced with other sweets in the same price category, of those that are available in the store.
2.2. If at the time of preparing the order, the store lacks cake with the weight that has been ordered by the Customer, but there is a similar cake of smaller weight, instead of one large cake, two small cakes can be delivered.
2.3. The appearance of the cake (patterns, inscriptions, etc.) may differ from that shown in the picture. If at the time of preparing the order, the store lacks cake that have been ordered by the Customer - they are replaced with other cake, of those that are available in the store. When choosing a cake, the company is guided first of all by the expiry date of the cake.
2.4. The appearance of a soft toy (color and shape) may differ from that shown in the picture. If at the time of preparing the order in the toy store there is no specific type of toys (teddy bear, kitten, etc.), a replacement will be made for another kind of toy. When replacing a toy, the Company observes the size indicated in the characteristics of the goods.
2.5. The appearance of the balls (color and size) may differ from that shown in the picture. If during transportation 1 ball will burst. In this case, the Recipient will be awarded one ball less than ordered. At the same time, the order is considered to be completed in full.
2.6. The appearance of the vases (color, patterns, etc.) may differ from that shown in the picture. If at the time of preparing the order, the store lacks a glass or porcelain vase - it is replaced with another vase, which is available in the store.
2.7. If at the time of preparing the order, there are no kinds of fruit from the fruit basket - they are replaced with other fruits. The total weight of the basket is respected. The appearance of the basket (color, shape of the handle, material, the shape of the basket, etc.) and the location of the fruit in the basket may differ from that shown in the picture.
2.8. If at the time of preparing the order, there are no kinds of products from the basket with products - they are replaced with other products. 3.The replacement of floral or non-floral products can be made without customer’s approval.
3.1. The packaging material in any bouquet may differ from the one shown in the photo bouquet, both in color, hue, pattern and type of packaging material. The packaging material is chosen by the florist at his own discretion. If you care about the color or type of bouquet packaging material, discuss it with the store manager before placing your order.
